I'd make up my own religion "the religion of life". (I just made that up on the spot I might change the name later) It tells people they need to be good and succeed in life without having to worry about the afterlife. Basically just a glorified version of a motivational speaker for a better community with lots of followers.

I just used "priest" as a generic term. High priest can work too.
