People on EB are a little bit more passive I think... No personality changes, but it still has a different feel.
Almost like people here are in less of a rush, and a little more thoughtful.
Not always pushing for interesting threads, but just letting them come and trusting the users to partake in the discussion.

The main reason I left eb was because everyone was fighting and everyone there HAD to be right ALL of the time and if someone else had an opinion that was different to theirs it was WRONG and EVIL.

This is why I like here more.

I'm not going to name names, but I think alot of people on EB tend to have people they hang with and people who will help them "gang up" on others. I've had a few people gang up on me over rediculous shit, like "your username sucks and therefore you do too". There are plenty of people on EB I like and dislike. So far on here I havent found anyone I dislike or who dislike me. I guess they havent joined.

But I'm hoping I'll have more likability on here than I do on EB. Not that I hate EB, because I don't. I'm just generally finding better and better reasons to stick around here as well.

Too much hate, too much of an extremist aura. We just needa chill a bit, yeh?
Take a breather and let loose all of that anger and frustration. Give up on tryin' to please the people that don't really matter.
But just 'cus you're not tryin' to please, doesn't mean you should think of other people's feelings as nothing important.
Yeah, when you're totally laid-back and aloof, you tend to forget about other people's worries and emotions, but if you can create a nice balance, you'll be much a happier person.

Yeah I think all the people on here are cool. I hope we can have a cool place over here without fighting. But if someone causes trouble I'll deal with it the best that I can.

I think people on EB take stuff way too seriously,
and they're too quick to judge people.
Way too many threads got derailed
by arguing and spam,
and no one could no one could just get along.
I hope DemonForest is never like that.

Besides, WD/ID can kick their mean butts right off if they do join. Haha.

Well I do agree that this site is more laid back
I'm hoping more of the topics are taken seriously
And EB does have a lot of fighting
But I'm still going to be using the site
Not so much to post; But just doing my job as a moderator
I wouldn't want to let the other mods down
Especially not now

It seems as though some people on EB realize that they're not really "wanted" to join in here, so it makes this place very enjoyable.. if that makes sense.

Those kind of things don't bother me anymore. A desperado of the internets fought more vicious sea-beasts than those fecal sirens.
