I've never really thought about the development, more about an age group as a whole.

What about Freud's psychosexual stages of development?
Oral, Anal, Phallic, (Latency), Genital

Oral, Anal, Phallic, (Latency), Genital

I think maybe I skipped straight to Latency and never left it.

Freud was a weird guy.... I don't think that "oral fixations" should instantly be assumed to be sexual. The human mouth has other uses than for sex. Neutral
