Hmm I never thought about that. I think that if you want to rate someone's post you can just say so.

Like I might rate this post as 5/10 because it's a decent suggestion but I don't know how well I can put it into effect.

0/10 means I think it's crap, 10/10 means I think it's the BEST EVER IN EXISTENCE so don't be offended if I rate less than 10

I really don't know how I would rate most posts.

What makes a post good or bad anyway?

If a person is getting a good point across, and is backing up the opinion they made i say it would be a good post.

a not so good post would be anything overly mean...
