Do you write alot?
If so, what is your writing style?
Do you write in 1st person or otherwise?
What do you like writing about?
Whats your favorite writing style to read?

I write all the time, but I mostly write in third person.

I usually hate first person stories, though uhm...Twillight is my exception. PURELY for the story line, Meyer is a horrid writer in my opinion.

I like her stories too, however, I think she could take a lesson in creative writing, Maybe learn about imagery?
I love the way J.K. Rowling writes.
I used to love Harry Potter, but now that I've read them all, the story is getting old, but I still like the writing style.

Oh god, don't get me started on J.K Rowling.

I HATE her writing with a passion.
Seriously reading her writing makes me want to punch somebody.

Why don't you like the style of writing?
and why DO you like Stephanie Meyer's?
I like J.K. Rowling because It's a little more self exploratory.

Well it just annoyed me how in the last book she used the word 'latter' like on every page.

And it just irks me.

I don't like Meyer's writing, I like the story line of the books which is why I read them.

Ah shit, thats right... I forgot what you said.

Well.. I think by the time she hit book 7, she was using up all her old Ideas.
If she gets a completely new Idea, and reads the dictionary, she might be able to produce a good book.

Yeah, maybe.

And I hate the way that she sues ANYONE who has an idea even remotely similar to hers.
She just wants moar moneyz, when writing should be about unleashing the creative beast inside you, and not getting a pay check out of it.

hm... She is kind of territorial, but I think I would be too... Especially if someone else was going to make money out of my idea. And they were going to make it off of a book I was going to write.

Well yeah, but she took it too far when she tried to sue someone who had released their book before her about a wizarding academy.

Yup. I agree.
But with Steve Vander Ark, he tried to publish an encyclopedia like a year after she said she'd write one.
That was kind of over the line.

True, but I still think she gets to lawyer happy.

She could be worse.

I like it when people switch from person to person in the story, it gives it more of an all around understanding of whats going on.

I used to write a lot of 3rd person adventure stories.
I write a lot of poetry, here is some from my profile on EB:

Other times I write letters to myself, those are personal.

I absolutely love writing.
My favorite to both read & write is in 1st person.
I love stories & novels that can provide me with good visual imagery.
I try my hardest to give a lot of detail & build up personalities in my characters.
The topics of what I write vary immensely. But usually it has something to do with romance.

I write reality based fiction (a fancy way of saying i write what happens to me and change the names and events slightly), some rather nice poems, and a bit of prose. Thats about it.
