| I just watched a Biography of Einstein on the History Channel. I knew he was brilliant and such, but I had never really read his theories or how they changed the world's take on everything they thought they knew.
For example, His theory of relativity. Did you know that while he was concluding his theory, there was another scientist, after reading Einstein's partial theory, racing him to get to the correct conclusion first? They got it correct around the same time, but the other scientist bowed to Einstein because he started the theory, and finished it.
I think it's amazing how one individual, who was perceived as odd, changed the lives of the people then, and now.

| We all have potential for amazing things. You could have come to the same conclusions just as easily as he did if you worked hard enough. | |

| Maybe. But I probably didnt have the same thought process as he did. Which may have led to a slightly different conclusion. | |

| I've heard so many different things about Einstein. Uhm,..... I'd say genius is something you create for yourself. If you apply yourself, you can do great things. People aren't just born smart. They wrok hard for it. | |

| When you say that the great things he did have changed history and people today It makes me think of other people who have changed today through history This might be a little off topic But every single thing I do changes history aswell even by writing this You stopped to read it Instead you might have walked outside and been hit by a car But you stayed and read this while the car passed outside
The people who have changed history the most are the dictators and tyrants such as Hitler and Saddam Hussein
I think I went really off topic And I dont know wether it makes sense But I have a reason for not making sense at the moment

| On the contrary, you made plenty of sense.
I think thats true about how every action or word changes time and history. Like what if Einstein was shy? What if he didn't want to put such a far-fetched theory out? A simple personality trait could have changed science and the world drastically.

| Ah I'm glad Someone like-minded I've often pondered over how the tiniest little insignficant things have changed the world I found out the other day that Saddam Hussein's mother tried to self abort, but a jewish man who lived next to her stopped her from doing that See That changed the world so much
What if the apple never fell on Newton's head? Where would we be then

| yes.. It's all very interesting (an confusing) to ponder.. I also wonder about the time someone did things. Like what if I'd waited to make this post till later. I'd have gotten different responses based on the people to see it first, and the moods of those people.
It's all very interesting, but I try not to think about it too much for fear that my brain will explode.

| Well the simple fact is that everything affects everything But we'll never know what would happen if we did different things And there isn't much point in worrying about what could have happened Its more important to concentrate on whats happening in the furture depending on what actions we take now | |
